What we create is not only a tea ceremony, but a Taiwanese perspective on tea culture. What we seek is not only tea, but also the taste of Taiwan. On the visual front, we recreate a contemporary space for tea via a four-sided projection. Viewers can interact with the projected images by touching the screen of their mobile phones. Accompanied by the original interactive visual design, a round bar and electronic music, the images of four seasons are represented. During the ceremony progression, the tea master not only wants viewers to sense the aroma and taste created in accordance with the four seasons, but also attempts to fully present the exquisiteness of tea culture and the variety of sensations that arise from it.
On the taste front, we invited a Taiwanese world class bartender who has won world championships three times to create a brand-new fusion of Taiwanese seasonal tea and food ingredients based on bartending skills with the hope of raising the sensations of tea to a new height.

In an era of rapid cultural exchange between the east and the west, the Asian slow tea culture is being gradually replaced by elements from other cultures in the younger generations. Tea Party II’s “In the mix” has blended modern elements, such as bartending, interactive technologies, industrial design, costume design, electronic music, etc., into a tea ceremony. It helps traditional tea culture return to the life of the younger generations in a modern, fashionable way, as well as continues to pass on tea culture, which has existed for millennia, in the spirit of improving with changes in the times. Of course, we also attempt to promote a new perspective of Asian tea culture to the world and make it easier for western countries to understand and accept oriental tea culture.
